What a pleasure to see Tiago Gass again. What a change since I saw him with Dior!
His career started in 2001 at Rio Grande do Sul state (in city of Ijuí.), an extremely hard-working and hospitable area. I saw him first time when he got his one year contract until April of 2002 with Christian Dior being engaged by Hedi Slimane : at that time he was the new face of the Dior masculine campaign. He was 18 years old, he had an European look with androgynous face; he was 1.91 meter tall with a lean body.
Recently I could see this video made in Brasil when he was 25 years old:
Male dancers on stage ready to strip are offered by several Clubs around the world for gay customers but only in specific venues. In New York City there is not a single male strip club ( cf sad Gaiety Burlesk end ) . Montreal has still some nice ones. Amazingly hot guys could come out and dance completely naked after striping. Less male stripping on the straight scene nowadays? The general consensus is that the first real wave arrived with the advent of the Chippendales in the late 80s and received another boost in the mid 90s with the film The Full Monty. This hinded arrival of many new strippers. On buttom line this film led to a decline in the amount of available work for the established strippers due to the influx of newcomers outweighing the increase in demand.
The Adonis Cabaret has created Adonis Male Stripper School to run along side its very successful shows which run weekly in London, Brighton, Blackpool, Newcastle and Bournemouth the Adonis Cabaret is regarded as the most prestigious show to work for in the “Noughties” .
Q: I have heard all male strippers are gay? "I am going to be really honest with you and say the best male strippers are gay! They are not looking for a quickie behind the bike shed after the show. Not looking for phone numbers too a meet the bird or guy who gave you the eye, they are true flamboyant showmen, entertainers that I learnt from."
